Lynsi began working as an Associate at In-N-Out Burger in 1999. She is currently the Owner and President of the company and continues to be deeply involved with every aspect of the business – including daily operations, marketing, merchandising, event planning, Associate engagement, company expansion, culture, training, designing stores, and more. Lynsi is a visionary and servant leader committed to maintaining and enhancing the well-being of the entire In-N-Out family which now numbers approximately 30,000. Additionally, Lynsi directs and helps to oversee all of In-N-Out’s philanthropic efforts through the In-N-Out Burger Foundation – which was started by her Grandma Esther and Uncle Rich – and the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation – which was started by Lynsi and her husband Sean Ellingson. Lynsi and Sean are also the founders and visionaries for the Army of Love, a nonprofit organization that exists for the purpose of uniting the body of Christ through training tools that will set them free to, in turn, set others free. Army of Love strives to exemplify Isaiah 61:1 – “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and the opening of the prison to them that are bound.” In addition to God being on the throne of her heart, Lynsi is a devoted wife and proud mother of four beautiful children.      Susan Sly is a tech investor, best-selling author, keynote speaker, trainer and entrepreneur.  She has appeared on CNN, CNBC, Fox, Lifetime Television, The CBN, The Morning Show in Australia and been quoted in MarketWatch, Yahoo Finance, Forbes, and more.  Susan is the author of 7 books.  Her book project with NY Times Best Selling Author, Jack Canfield, made six Amazon Best Selling lists.  Susan has built channel sales teams that have produced over $1.7 billion in sales.

She is currently the Co-CEO, and cofounder, of Radius AI – a Silicon Valley and Phoenix based AI company.  Susan is also currently studying at MIT with a focus in artificial intelligence and machine learning. 

Susan has completed the Boston Marathon six times and placed Top 10 in the Pro Division of the Ironman Triathlon in Malaysia.  Susan is passionate about philanthropy and has dedicated a significant amount of time and money working to liberate girls from trafficking and invest in education to support women and girls who have survived trauma and abuse both domestically and overseas.

Bret Lockett /

BOARD MEMBER

Bret Lockett is a serial entrepreneur, business coach, speaker, and former NFL player. Lockett's multifaceted background stems across several industries, from sports, business, technology, science, and philanthropy. While playing in the NFL, Mr. Lockett sat on several advisory boards, including Israel-based tech company, Mobli, and Chabad's Children of Chernobyl, a 501(c)(3) founded in response to the devastating nuclear disaster in Chernobyl in 1986. 

Outside of sports and business, Lockett has dedicated his life to helping others through charitable causes that he believes in, specifically the organization People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), as well as several others. Bret is also an advisor for The Flow Research Collective, a research and training organization to understand the science behind ultimate human performance and use it to train individuals and organizations. The company was founded by New York Times best-selling author Steven Kotler.

Originally from Los Angeles, Mr. Lockett attended the University of California, Los Angeles, majored in Political Science, and was a star Defensive Back. After leaving UCLA in 2009, Mr. Lockett continued to the NFL, where he spent most of his time with the New England Patriots and the New York Jets.
