Our services

SLAY Legal Aid Foundation provides assistance for legal fees for representation for family law and certain civil litigation (those which affect basic human needs such as food or adequate shelter) for indigent or non-monied people around the world.

These types of services can include divorce, custody or paternity matters (original matters, or enforcement/modification issues), fair housing practices or due process claims.

The assistance will be provided to individuals who qualify using an application system which will qualify applicants on factors such as income, assets, access to other legal alternatives, and type of claim being sought or defended.
